The Estates at Stuart Condos

The Estates at Stuart is a newer condo community with 123 units that was originally built as an apartment complex and then converted to condos beginning in 2005.  After the slowdown in the real estate market, a large number of these units were taken back by the developer and continue to be in the in-house rental program.  Currently, with only a very limited number of these condos available for private ownership, there is quite the demand for this community because of the wonderful amenities as well as excellent location.

The amenities include a fully-equipped fitness center, children's playground, large resort-style pool with a covered lanai, sand volleyball court, tennis court, recreation, and billiards lounge, and beautiful landscaping. This is a gated community and only minutes from the historic downtown area of Stuart.  Also, only about 10 minutes to I-95 for those needing to commute either north or south or wishing to take a short trip down to Miami, Fort Lauderdale, or up to Orlando.

Also within easy reach of shopping, restaurants, and medical facilities all of which make for a very much sought-after community.

Condos in the Estates at Stuart range from 1 bedroom 1 bathroom units up to 3 bedroom 2 bath with the square footage of living area from just under 800 sq. ft. to over 1,500 sq. ft.  Some units come with either attached or detached 1 car garages. This is a dog- and cat-friendly community allowing for up to one medium-sized pet.  The condo association fees vary by the size of the unit and whether a garage is included or not.  The condo association fees as of March 2024 range from $315.00 up to $450.00 per month.
