The Oceana South Condo building on Hutchinson Island in Jensen Beach FL was completed in 1982.  This is a direct oceanfront building with 126 units in 12 stories.  Oceana South has two pools, a Jacuzzi, tennis courts, an exercise room, billiards, a clubhouse, a picnic area, car wash, and is a gated complex with direct access to your own beach.

Condo sizes vary from corner units with wrap-around balconies that have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and feature 1,119 sq. ft. of living area under air, while the interior 2 bedroom, 2 bath condos have 1,023 sq. ft. with smaller balconies.  There are also 1 bedroom, 2 bath units with 89 sq. ft. of living area.  One lucky owner does have a penthouse double unit with 2,142 sq. ft. with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths.

As of March 2024, the condo fees are $907.00 per month.  These fees include building insurance, reserve funds, management and use of all the common areas.  1 pet under 30 lbs. is permitted (or two pets of 15 lbs. or less) and rentals are allowed with a minimum lease duration of three months.
