The Seaside Condos of Hutchinson Island is just a little less than 1 mile south of the Jensen Beach Causeway. This is a small complex of two-story condominiums with direct access to the crystal-clear waters of the Atlantic Ocean. There are only 20 units. These were originally built in 1969 but after the hurricanes of 2004 and 2005 were completely re-done to new standards of construction and amenities.
All of the Seaside Condos are 2 bedroom and 2 baths with either 1,170 or 1,093 sq. ft. of living space under AC. There’s direct access to your private beach as well as a private pool for residents only. This is a pet-friendly community with 2 pets allowed per unit. Rentals are also allowed with some restrictions.
The condo fees are $1,100.00 per month, as of April 2024. This fee covers the Cable, Fire/Liability insurance, Grounds / Plants, Maintenance Exterior, Maintenance Interior, Manager, Pest Control, Reserve Funds, Trash Removal,
