Arbela in Sewalls Point

The Arbela subdivision section of South Sewalls Point includes an interesting mix of 35 homes that include wide water-front properties that are both on the east and west side of Sewalls Point as well as a few non-waterfront homes near Ridgeland Rd and Pineapple Lane.  The first home in Arbela was built in 1929 and the most recent was completed in 2014.  Home sizes range from homes of over 7,500 sq. ft. of living area with 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms and some lots are well over 1 acre with the smallest homes being 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with 1,500 sq. ft. of living area on a little over  1/3 of an acre.  There are no HOA fees as Arbela is a part of the Town of Sewalls Point which has its own taxing authority. 

The town of Sewalls Point has its own police department and town hall and manages all building and zoning interests for the town through Sewalls Point City Hall located on the corner of Sewalls Point Road and SE Ocean Blvd.  There are agreements in place with the City of Stuart for Fire and ambulance service.
