Fox Grove – Meadow Run

An impressive and beautifully manicured gated community in Palm City Farms with mostly 5-acre parcels on 90 parcels.  The impressive entrance to this community is on Citrus Blvd (SR 76A) south of Martin Hwy (SR 714). 

At the time this is being written, 35 homes have been built or under construction in Fox Grove which is also known as Meadow Run.  These homes range in size from an impressive two-story 4 bedroom and 4 bathroom estate home with over 7,000 sq. ft. to a more modest 3,000 sq. ft. single-story home with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths.  Many of the new homes have 5 bedrooms and several have 2 bedroom in law suites. A couple have pool houses and barns.

The HOA requirements are for a minimum of 3,000 sq. ft. of living area for single-story residences and a minimum of 3,500 for two-story homes.  Guest homes are also allowed and must not be any larger than ½ the square footage of the main home.  Horses are permitted and there are maintained equestrian trails. 

As of May 2024, the association fees are a very reasonable $165 monthly.  For those considering building in Fox Grove, there are no time limits for when they must commence building and no requirements for which builder to use.  However, the architectural review committee must approve any plans.

For those making Fox Grove their home, enjoy the proximity of the many excellent amenities offered in Martin County.  These include a highly-rated school system, shopping, excellent medical facilities, and a myriad of boating opportunities.
