The Gull Harbor community of Palm City consists of mostly waterfront homes on the shores of the South Fork of the Saint Lucie River as well as an exceptionally wide and deep canal off the river. This is a non-gated neighborhood with 43 homes and no HOA or deed restrictions. Of these 43 homes, only 4 do not have access to a dock in their backyards.
The first home built in Gull Harbor was in 1961 and the last was completed in 2014. Homes range in size from as small as just over 1,300 sq. ft. of living area with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms up to a 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with just under 5,000 sq. ft. of space for living area.
All ages and pets are welcome in Gull Harbor. Children attend Bessey Creek Elementary, Hidden Oak Middle, and Martin County High Schools. All of which are considered to be excellent schools in Florida.
