Shore Village on Hutchinson Island

The Shore Village community of Hutchinson Island is made up of 12 individual home sites and 4 condos in the Stuart portion of Hutchinson Island just north of Anglers Cove Condos.  This community has two spacious oceanfront lots, one of which is still vacant land, and two wide riverfront homes with ocean-access docks.  There are also some shared community docks available for the remaining non-waterfront homes in Shore Village. There are no HOA fees for shore village homes.  There are 4 vacant lots in Shore Village, though none were for sale at the time of this writing (6/2024).  The 4 condos, known as Shore Villas do have fees, but they are unknown to me at this time since there have not been any sales since 2004.

Other than the common dock areas which are maintained by the individual owners, there are no community facilities in Shore Village.  The earliest home was built in 1967 while the newest was completed in 2005.  Homes range in size from over 5,000 sq. ft. of living area with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms down to a more modest 1,500 sq. ft. with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths.  This is a pet-friendly community with no rental restrictions.

Children living in Shore Village attend Felix A. Williams Elementary School, Stuart Middle School, and Jensen Beach High School.

Located less than a mile from the Stuart Causeway with easy access to boat ramps, museum, shopping as well as historic downtown Stuart, Shore Village is a very desirable Hutchinson Island community.
