The Archipelago of Sewalls Point

Located in the prestigious town of Sewalls Point, Florida the Archipelago is a non-gated neighborhood of all waterfront homes with access to the crystal clear waters of the Atlantic Ocean through the Saint Lucie Inlet in Martin County, Florida.  All the homes in the Archipelago are on either the wide waters of the Indian River or located on deep water canals.  The Saint Lucie Inlet to the Atlantic is less than two miles away by water.  Access is maintained by dredging all Archipelago waterways to 6’.  Homes range from modest older frame homes to spectacular estate lots with magnificent views. 

There are only 37 home sites in the Archipelago of Sewalls Point.  The town of Sewalls Point maintains jurisdiction over this subdivision with its private police force.  Fire and emergency services are currently contracted to the City of Stuart.  Children from the Archipelago attend Martin County's 'A' rated schools.  As of this writing, Felix A Williams Elementary, Stuart Middle, and Jensen Beach High Schools. 

As of April 2024, the HOA fees for homes in the Archipelago are $167.00 per month.  The lion's share of these fees goes towards maintaining a 6 ft. water depth and deep water access to the Intracoastal Waterway (Indian River).
